Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Installed or used products are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Products altered or repaired by a third party.
- Wholesale or bulk orders (except in the case of manufacturing defects).
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items marked as “final sale.”
Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
- Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you prefer, eligible returns may be exchanged for another model of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
- Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as per warranty conditions.
Wholesale & B2B Orders
- Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to special pricing and agreements.
- Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless products are defective.
- Any approved replacements will be arranged as per the agreement terms.
