Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return unless proven defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Products altered or repaired by a third party.
  • Wholesale or bulk orders (except in the case of manufacturing defects).
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items marked as “final sale.”

Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer, eligible returns may be exchanged for another model of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
  • Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as per warranty conditions.

Wholesale & B2B Orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to special pricing and agreements.
  • Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless products are defective.
  • Any approved replacements will be arranged as per the agreement terms.
