Products & Services
We supply smart door locks and related accessories for both retail (B2C) and bulk/wholesale (B2B) customers.
All product specifications, descriptions, and images are provided for guidance and may vary slightly depending on stock or product updates.
Installation services are available in Dubai. Delivery can be arranged across the UAE.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Prices may change without prior notice due to product updates, supplier costs, or promotions.
Full payment is required before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale clients.
We accept bank transfers, cash payments, and other methods as specified during checkout.
Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to availability. In case of stock unavailability, we will inform you and suggest alternatives or a refund.
Wholesale and bulk orders may require advance booking and a deposit.
Delivery & Installation
Standard delivery is offered across all emirates in the UAE. Delivery timelines vary depending on location.
Installation is available in Dubai only and can be scheduled after purchase.
Customers must ensure door compatibility before installation. Our team can assist with door measurement and mortise checks.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
All products come with a local UAE warranty (duration varies per product and is specified on the invoice).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.
After-sales support is available through our Dubai showroom and WhatsApp support line.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Installation and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For wholesale/bulk orders, returns are not accepted unless products are defective.
Wholesale & B2B Terms
Bulk/wholesale orders may require a minimum quantity depending on the model.
Wholesale clients may be offered special pricing, subject to written agreement.
Payment terms for wholesale clients must be agreed in advance.
Limitation of Liability
SmartLocks.ae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use and maintenance of installed locks.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
